Mi experiencia con ella fue excelente, totalmente diferente a lo que pensé, debido a que imaginé que iba a pasar por todo el proceso sola y que llevar “una dieta” iba a ser muy costoso por la exigencia de los alimentos que tenían que ser específicamente caros y los que se me asignaran, sin embargo, desde un inicio recibí información sobre cuales alimentos (de los que tenía en casa) podía comer, no se trató de indicar alimentos sin escuchar al paciente y salir corriendo al supermercado porque se me implanto un nuevo régimen alimenticio, sino de un acercamiento paciente-dietista, en el cual hay un complementación, un compromiso en el que el paciente es realmente escuchado y comprendido. Las personas a mi alrededor son testigos del gran cambio. Le doy solo cinco estrellas porque es lo máximo. Gracias por hacerme sentir, saber que yo tengo el control de lo que sucede en mi cuerpo.
I met with her twice and she is very nice and patient. Gives tips on foods to avoid and what to eat after I tested positive for intolerance with the hydrogen breath test. She is very caring and is always concerned regarding patients wellbeing 😊
This nutritionist is absolutely amazing! I’m so glad I found her after my previous nutritionist was helping patients mostly with weight loss, Naz has been helping me with digestive issues and other health problems through food and supplement recommendations. She’s incredibly knowledgeable about so many different food consumption strategies for a variety of health issues. It’s unbelievable! And she takes my insurance. I highly recommend her!

Dr. Naz, As I call her, is an excellent doctor. She has a wonderful , pleasant bedside manner. She works with you mentally and psychologically to help you help yourself. I love the way she lets me work at a snails pace because I am a creature of habit Of over 50 years With chronic IBS, and it’s hard for me to do drastic changes and she understands this and works with me. Most doctors don’t have the time or patience like she does. She never makes you feel like you’re rushed. She’ll spend as much time as you need to try to figure out your digestivePuzzle.
She is a helpful & informative nutritonist. She helped me understand the types of carbohydrates that exist (simple vs. complex) & why it's healthier to consume carbs from, say, broccoli and sweet potatoes as opposed to carbs from orange juice and Idaho potatoes. It's important for me to know this as I need to eat less carbohydrates than I used to in the past. Dr. De La Cruz also helped me understand why I should use olive & canola oils for cooking as opposed to vegetable oil. She is good at helping patients plan healthy, delicious meals. Meals people will like. Dr. Naz is great! I recommend her 😀
I first came to Naz February of last year. I have struggled with my weight for quite a while and have been to multiple nutritionists who try to use rigid eating plans that would never work for me as I'm a student and don't always have time to cook the perfect balanced meal three times a day. Naz was different from the start. Instead of having a strict plan, every time I would have an appointment with her we would set goals for myself. By the next appointment I would always feel great when reaching these goals. She did a great job of explaining macro nutrients in my diet and how I can always prepare a balanced meal without overthinking it. With Naz, I have lost 18 pounds and I will be keeping up my appointments with her. She is not only an extremely smart nutritionist but I lovely person to be able to talk to my health journey and final goals. Go ahead and call to make that appointment, you won't be disappointed.
